Three nights and four days with outdoors arctic activities, for a peaceful mind. Together with your friend, your beloved one or just for you, yourself.
My yoga classes are inspired by Virya Yoga level 1.
I do shorter meditations classes outside on ice at the frozen river, the frozen sea or the frozen lake. My classes inside are from 60 min to 90 min up to 2 hours classes.
